STANDARD CLEANING CHECKLIST

BEDROOMS & COMMON AREAS

• Dust all reachable surfaces

• Remove cobwebs

• Clean and disinfect door handles and switch plates

• Dust baseboards and baseboard heaters

• Dust blinds and ceiling fans (on a rotational basis)

• Clean mirrors to a streak-free shine

• Vacuum floors, rugs, and stairs, and mop all floors

• Remove trash and recyclables

BATHROOMS

• Clean and disinfect toilet, shower, and bathtub, top to bottom, inside and out

• Clean and disinfect sink, countertop, and all other surfaces

• Wipe cabinet doors and handles

• Clean and disinfect door handles and switch plates

• Clean mirrors, all glass, and all hardware to a streak-free shine

• Wipe windowsills and baseboard heaters

• Vacuum and mop floor to a clean, sparkling finish

• Remove trash
